Ive been a little bit geeky this weekend and had myself a Tkintering with a Python version of (Microsoft's) Notepad. Here is the main code used for my version, I'm part way through the application, still have a lot of work to do until I get it sorted but if there is something here that you can use please feel free to use/modify/add.
